The Glorious Bangla Week ends with a bang!

ITHS Uttara Junior Section Bangla Week concludes with the "Kha" Group Bangla Quiz Show on 31st October, 2016. The participating students of Class 3 to 5 were selected through an earlier preliminary round held in the previous week. The interactive program started with the National Anthem at the Boys' Section auditorium. The exuberant audience comprised of the contenders' peers from their classes, the teachers, parents and the senior management committee. Through four exhilarating rounds and additional knock-out rounds, the judges nominated the winners of the Bangla Quiz Show "Kha Shakha". The audience furthermore enjoyed Bangla poem, songs performed by the students of the Junior section, in between the quiz show. With a big round of applause the winners and the runners-up of the Quiz Show were acknowledged on the stage and felicitated. 

The initiative of ITHS Junior Section to commemorate the past and present history of this soil, Bangla, is indeed appreciable. With the various Bangla Language related activities throughout the week, the students have learned and rediscovered the beauty of this language, its history and culture once again.
