Class-3 Students experience camping
during their English Literature class related to the story they are doing
titled “Lazy bones Jones”. To get the young campers taste the actual feel of a
camping trip, they were taken outside their classrooms, however, within the
school premises, for a period full of fun and activities. The students prepared
their own snacks and helped in cleaning up the campsite after they were done.
Indeed the young campers learned through this activity the importance of group
work and the term “doing the fair share”, which is the central theme of the
story in concern.
