ORIENTATION MEETING OF KG 1 An orientation meeting was held on 28th August, 2016, in our designated classrooms to warmly welcome the children at the new session and to share practical matters with parents as Nursery and KG-1 class has lots of differences. IHTS has arranged the orientation meeting to meet the curriculum expectations and provide healthy teaching and learning environment. The program has started with welcome speech by the Head of Section, Mr. Isa Guler. Then Roksana Zarin, Deputy Head of preschool, has introduced the supervisor, class teacher and co teacher accordingly. The objectives of the meeting were: -Describing the yearly activities briefly. -Reminding the parents “to do” and “not to do” things. -Seeking suggestions from parents. -Inform them about the rules and regulations of the school. -Changes of the medium to communicate with the teachers. -The assessment procedure. -Timings for tiffin and break time -Guidelines for parents. -Sharing views and experiences of and with the parents. -Clearing the queries parents had about the yearly plans.
